Our team develops embedded software for systems with constrained timing and memory resources. Your main responsibility will be to supervise the project integrations, lead the cooperation with customers, maintain a well-designed FW build environment, design and implement reusable code, perform design, and code reviews, as well as test and validate product implementations.
The job requires strong system view abilities, a quick grasp of new features and technologies, as well as project maintenance skills. It may require also experience in system architecture and modeling, operating systems, device architecture, system integration, algorithm modeling, digital signal processing, and/or hardware design.
Qualifications
B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or Computer Science.- Relevant 7+ years of hands-on experience in C development and troubleshooting on embedded platforms.
- Self-learner, must work independently and be proactive
- Experience with board bring-up and systems debugging
- In-depth understanding of source controlling, in particular with git
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal with a keen sense of customer service
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Good system view skills and big-picture thinking
The following will be considered as an advantage:
- Knowledge of system architecture
- Experience with Agile (SCRUM) practices
- Experience with C# and/or Python
- Experience with ARM, Xtensa, ARC-based processors and micro-controllers
- Experience with debugging tools such as bus analyzers and oscilloscopes
- Linux experience: Linux Kernel, Device Driver development on Linux
- Familiarity with networking concepts, PCIe, ARM-based environment
- Experience with Repo tool and/or Yocto - Significant advantage

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
