Key duties & requirements
- Performing basic photo editing, retouching and colour correction to professional standards.
- Communicating with clients to request relevant content documents and clarify information in preparation for project work
- Assist with the marketing of the studio and networking
- Outbound sales of services
- Social media management, blog posting, content creation and using social media platforms as marketing devices.
- Scheduling and management of diary.
- General PA duties
- Talking calls and emails from clients, screening and managing the associated workflow
- Basic website management (blog writing and posting)
- Maintaining regular communication with clients at milestone points during their project.
- Seek Google reviews from clients, testimonials and managing feedback mechanisms
Knowledge/Skills/attributes
- Knowledge in the design industry is required
- Photo Editing: Adobe Suite: Photoshop and Lightroom (Premiere experience is helpful)
- Knowledge in Revit and AutoCAD or similar architectural software is an advantage
- Sales skills through phone, email and digital channels
- Solid spoken and written English skills
- Ability to work autonomously and able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, adaptable, and diligent with a positive and friendly attitude
- Technologically savvy and about to learn quickly
- Strong computer skills, Office 365, Google Suite
- Attention to detail, time management and multi-tasking
- Reliable, attention to details and self-motivated.
