- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for end-users.
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Assist in network administration tasks, such as user account management and system backups.
- Collaborate with IT team members to provide technical support and ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects and initiatives.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Provide training and support to end-users on various software applications.
คุณสมบัติ
- No fee for intern.
- Available for full-time work, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
