Our Client from BCM area is implementing Temenos Infinity Loan Origination System to offer their loan products to its customers. DXC/Luxoft is hired to provide end to end testing services to ensure the quality of product delivered by implementation partner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance test plans and scripts
- Perform automated load/performance testing across multiple messaging protocols, focusing on overall application performance - validating that application response and outputs accurately reflect business requirements
- Used DynaTrace UEM and DynaTrace browser agent or similar application to determine end user response times inclusive of rendering.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and issues in applications
- Tracks and communicates task progress, status, and key performance metrics
- Communicate effectively across multiple teams/external vendors (Operations, Project Teams, Quality Service, ), different personnel (Developers & Project Managers, ) when required
- Create performance reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Keep up-to-date with latest performance testing methodologies and tools
- Provide recommendations to improve application performance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 3+ years of experience in performance testing and analysis
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
- Financial Service business process is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of web application architecture and design
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understand testing requirements and develop test cases accordingly
- Develop automation scripts on web applications, web services and mobile applications.
- Design, implement, and execute automated tests using Selenium WebDriver
- Analyze test results, report defects, and track them to closure
- Participate in regular status meetings and walkthroughs
- Assist with manual testing when required
- Perform root cause analysis of failures and recommend corrective actions
- Stay up to date on the latest testing trends and tools
- Cross-browser testing: Candidate should have ability to test a website or application on multiple browsers.
- Analytical skills: Candidate should have ability to break down a problem into its individual parts and find the best solution.
- Mentor junior team members on automation testing best practices
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in software testing
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Working knowledge of Java
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle
- Knowledge of SQL
