CPurpose of the Job :
To provide a Professional Call Logging, 1st and 2nd Line Response Service to Vexall Customers in order. to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.
Key Outputs:
- Service Desk 1st and 2nd Response and Call Logging
- Provide Remote Support to Clients
- Call Escalation and Management
Minimum Skills Required & Job-Specific Requirements:
- Must have passed and completed IT as a subject in High School
- Must be passionate about IT
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Matric
- Customer focused
- Good communication skills
- Eager to learn
- Well - mannered and even tempered
- A portfolio of evidence will be required as part of your interview
