Service Desk Learner [South Africa]


 

CPurpose of the Job :

To provide a Professional Call Logging, 1st and 2nd Line Response Service to Vexall Customers in order. to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels.

Key Outputs:

  • Service Desk 1st and 2nd Response and Call Logging
  • Provide Remote Support to Clients
  • Call Escalation and Management

Minimum Skills Required & Job-Specific Requirements:

  • Must have passed and completed IT as a subject in High School
  • Must be passionate about IT
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English
  • Matric
  • Customer focused
  • Good communication skills
  • Eager to learn
  • Well - mannered and even tempered
  • A portfolio of evidence will be required as part of your interview
