Secretary [Malaysia]


 

  • Organisational skills: strong ability to be organised, keep a clear head and keep track of everything from deadlines to essential files including typing and storing documents
  • Fluent in English. Professional communication skills: clear and friendly communication, along with a personable phone manner
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. To assist on preparation on power-point report and monthly budget
  • Writing and receiving letters on behalf of the Division
  • Takes minutes. Keeping files of past minutes and reports
  • Responsible and must be able to multitask to suit the needs of an office
  • Pleasant personality, energetic, trustworthy , independent and aggressive in handling job task
  • Minimum 2 years in secretarial duties / administrative works
  • Diploma holder and above – Secretarial Science / Public Relations
  • CONTRACT POSITION

Job Type: Contract

Salary: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
