- Organisational skills: strong ability to be organised, keep a clear head and keep track of everything from deadlines to essential files including typing and storing documents
- Fluent in English. Professional communication skills: clear and friendly communication, along with a personable phone manner
- Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. To assist on preparation on power-point report and monthly budget
- Writing and receiving letters on behalf of the Division
- Takes minutes. Keeping files of past minutes and reports
- Responsible and must be able to multitask to suit the needs of an office
- Pleasant personality, energetic, trustworthy , independent and aggressive in handling job task
- Minimum 2 years in secretarial duties / administrative works
- Diploma holder and above – Secretarial Science / Public Relations
