Core Tasks
- Main duty is to test, inspect and repair Jungheinrich trucks.
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment to prevent it from future breakdowns.
- Analyse, diagnose and rectify faults on Jungheinrich material handling equipment
- Perform repair, overhaul and regular maintenance for truck, battery and charger.
- Conduct Pre Delivery inspection (PDI) on the MHE before delivery according PDI documents
- Conduct incoming inspection and GG check after receiving of machines
- Maintain high standard of housing keeping. perform 5S for workshop and warehouse.
- Follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Loading & unloading from lorry or racking
- Customization on MHE
- Generate repair quotation
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Core Skills
- Knowledge of Electric trucks
- Knowledge of Diesel and LPG trucks.
- Mechanical skill: knowledge of using hand tool to assembling and dismantling of heavy vehicle.
- Electrical skill: Able to perform wiring connection and interpret wiring diagram.
- Computer skill: MS Office, SAP
- Able to troubleshoot Electrical & Diesel MHE
- Able to work as a team
- Self-discipline / punctuality
- Time management
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electromechanical background
- 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
- Can apply and utilize knowledge of a Junior Technician
- Good English and local language skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
